We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
4. Accounts
To use some parts of the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- all activities that occur under your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures;
- notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or are otherwise used unlawfully or abusively.
5. Use of the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal productivity purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe or misappropriate intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services;

6. User content
You may submit, upload, store, send, or otherwise make available content through the Services, including tasks, comments, files, documents, attachments, and workspace data ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited licence to host, copy, process, transmit, store, display, and otherwise use User Content only as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the Services, and as otherwise permitted by our agreements and applicable law.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent and warrant that:
- you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases to provide the User Content;
- the User Content and our permitted use of it will not violate any law or third-party rights;
- the User Content does not include unlawful or prohibited material.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, compilations, and other content provided by us, are owned by or licensed to WEEEK LLP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.
8. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, feedback, or proposals regarding the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Service availability and future paid features
At the time of publication of these Terms, the Services available through weeek.co.uk are offered without a paid subscription fee unless expressly stated otherwise on the website or inside the Services.
If we introduce paid plans or paid features in the future, we may publish additional commercial terms, pricing, billing rules, trial terms, renewal terms, and refund rules that will apply to those paid offerings.
We may change or discontinue free or paid features from time to time, subject to applicable law.
10. Beta features
We may offer beta, preview, early access, or experimental features. Those features may be unavailable, incomplete, or changed at any time and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, beta features are provided "as is" without any commitment that they will become generally available.
11. Third-party services
The Services may interoperate with or contain links to third-party services, integrations, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if:
- you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms;
- your use creates legal, regulatory, or security risk;
- required by law;
- payment obligations remain unpaid after notice, where applicable.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Where account deletion functionality is available, you may use that functionality or contact us at admin@weeek.co.uk.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, conditions, and representations, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEEEK LLP and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
- loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, anticipated savings, or data;
- business interruption;
- the cost of substitute services.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- GBP 100, if you have not paid any fees to us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnity
If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEEEK LLP, its affiliates, and their respective personnel from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your User Content;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your unlawful use of the Services;
- your infringement of any third-party rights.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WEEEK LLP regarding the Services, except to the extent separate written agreements apply to a specific enterprise or commercial arrangement.
